QA Supervisor | PHRN  

The responsibilities of a QA Supervisor are as follows:

• Responsible for supervising Quality Assurance Auditors and ensures accuracy of information and quality of delivery by monitoring, auditing, reviewing, analyzing, documenting work processes.
• Consistently tracks and monitors goals and activities versus results, using standard tools.
• Initiates action to correct quality problems or notifies others of quality issues, as appropriate.
• Facilitates in sharing quality findings during regular meetings. Proactively share ideas and quality findings to internal/external stakeholder

Required Qualifications:

• Active local RN license
• Requires Operational Management experience as an Operation Supervisor for at least 2 years
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with Health Utilization Management, Workers' Compensation and Disability, Revenue Cycle Management and other Health related accounts/industry preferred.
