Luxury Concierge (Online) - Luxico  

Set the customer service benchmark for luxury rentals at Luxico.com.au. We need FLUENT English speakers to be the linchpin between guests and owners, handle escalations, and creatively solve concerns.

You will be responsible for engaging with our international guests, home owners and travel agent clients to provide exceptional service from point of purchase right through to the end of their stay.

As the heart of our business, you’ll never miss a beat, troubleshooting any guest issues and provide guests with advice and assistance in arranging tours, activities and other services, doing whatever it takes to make every guest feel special, without exception. Work schedule

• 2 pm to 11 pm, Sat to Wed (the days are still being finalized, so best be flexible)
• Flexibility for hours/days required

• Minimum of 5 years of customer service
• Salesforce expertise preferred
• Well organized, perfectionist, used to tracking and reporting. Able to manage multiple customer requests at once.
• You love to make people happy and nothing is too much trouble
• ‘Follow Up’ is your middle name
• A keen eye for detail
• Can speak to VIPs in a nuanced language
• Knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry is an advantage
• Quick to learn CRMs
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Happy to work mid shift, sometimes long hours, or shifting days because you understand that this is a pioneering account, and good stuff come to those who persevere
