- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Prepare tax documents
- Compile and analyze financial statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Payroll
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial / accounting policies and regulations
- Record both incoming and outgoing cash flow
- Monitor closely accounts receivables and collections
- Knowledgeable in Philippine taxation system
- Examine data gathered to ascertain the company’s financial situation.
- Preparing financial reports including balance sheets and income statements, and profit and loss statements.
- Oversees day-to-day operations of a company’s finances.
- Responsible for all accounting functions and bookkeeping including and not limited to all accounting and financial rules set forth by the government.
- Making financial projections and budgets to help management make decisions.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Knows Payroll Process
- At least 5 years experience as an Accountant
- Knows Accounting System/Software
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail, planning skillscand good analytical skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
- Willing to report on-site [BF Homes Paranaque Office]
