Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Review business process and company policies to help enhance workflow and create cost-effective business processes that will attract and retain customers and service providers.
- Monitor and improve on the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
- Root cause analysis and recommend changes/ enhancement for continuous improvement.
- Work with executive management to review job responsibilities and alter employee and departmental tasks based on company needs
- Deliver weekly report on department performance to management
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field
- Analytical and problem solving abilities sufficient to effectively define complex problems and solutions in a logical and organized manner
- 2-3 years experience in operations monitoring or analyst role
- Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to use advanced Microsoft Excel and data monitoring and visualization sofware (tableau, SQL, SPSS) is a plus
