Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The main purpose of this position is to provide administrative, recruiting, organization and co-ordination function to the Managing Director in order to uphold office obligations, commitments, and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- To fulfill duties as instructed by Management
- End-to-end recruitment: inclusive of implementation of each process and reporting reception duties
- General office duties
- Administrative and clerical tasks
- Reports to Managing Director, and country representatives
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any field of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Behavioral Science is an advantage
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- Must have work experience related to the post/ would be trainable in this aspect
- Must have sound knowledge in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- has time management skills and organization skills
- Positive attitude and mentality
- Must be willing to start immediately
