AppcoGroup Philippines started in The Philippines in 2008. Our Journey beginnings with a humble start in a small service in Makati with one client. Face to Face marketing was a new concept in the Philippines and we had our own unique challenges.

As they always say, a team which persists is the one who wins. We tasted our success after 12 months and expanded to bigger office in Makati and took our second big international client.

Young professionals having an opporuinity to being in Managerial positions was unheard of during that time. We embraced the concept of 'Meritocracy' instead of seniority. We believed in empowering young fresh graduates with opporunities to learn and gain experience. Starting in Sales even though was challenging for many but since they had the opportunity to go into team building; leadership; recruitment and Management most of them took the challenge.

As they always say, " the rest is history". Currently we are Makati, Alabang and Ortigas with 200+ Brand Amabassadors and growing. This year 2017 we have plans to expand to Cebu and Davao as we have new International clients and are engaging us in their Sales & Marketing activities.

Next year Jan. 2018, we will be celebrating our 10th year anniversary. Our goal is to grow to 500 brand ambassadors and have presence in every major city in The Philippines.

Responsibilities :

  • Involved in sales and promotions through events and corporate marketing
  • To create brand awareness and acquire client's sales acquisition
  • Undergo the Career Development Program:
  1. Sales and Marketing: meeting sales and achieving KPIs ( key performing indicators ), conduct face-to-face presentations and involved in different channels of marketing
  2. Team Leadership: training and development individuals to the next level
  3. Owner Partnership: leading your people towards career advancement and operating your own marketing office

The Career Development program is focused on building leadership capability and accelerating your development. The program involves on-going training that will continually test and develop your skills - giving you the chance to make an immediate contribution to the business.
