- Maintain under operational conditions the existing and new Azure environments in respect of the support processes
- Build, deploy and administer/manage the current and new Azure environments and features in respect of the Standards defined by the group
- Strong level of operational support on:
- Troubleshooting, incidents and problem management,
- Reporting and communication on activity, quality and performance of the Azure platforms
- Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures for support.
- Assist implementations of Azure components
- Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the Azure
- Contribute to search and qualification to new solutions
- Provide recommendations to highest level of expertise teams
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Ideal with Azure Administrator certification or Azure Sol. Architect certification
- Administration and troubleshooting of Azure environments
- Creating environments in Azure from CODE (infra as a code)
- Experience in migration of servers from legacy Data centers to Cloud Azure
- Experience with building infrastructures in Azure with securing of the environments: Viral securities, Reliability
- Strong experience in servers operating systems (Windows and Linux)
- Knowledge in scripting (Python ideally)
- Knowledge on Infrastructure Solutions (Servers, Storage ...)
- Knowledge in ITIL framework
- Experience with other Cloud environment such as AWS, Google, or others
- Knowledge of DevOps technologies is appreciated
- 3-7 years experience in infrastructure, with 1-3 years as Azure administrator
- Self motivated, eager to learn in the IT profession
- Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- English speaking mandatory
- Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints
- Willing to do some traveling
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
