- Responsible for timely procurement not limited to office supplies, fixtures and furniture etc.
- Maintains office equipment and its inventory management
- Responsible for safety, housekeeping and security of the office
- Responsible for handling of communication tools in the office
- Responsible in the proper storage and retention of files and documents
- Projects or programs that maybe assigned from time to time by the Management that may not be related to your admin function
- Responsible for Asset Management monitoring
- Building Maintenance and handling of permits.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the superior to support the operation
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years experience in property management;
- Experienced in handling asset & inventory management;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
