Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Achieve the assigned Sales, Distribution, Collection and Merchandising objectives in the assigned Accounts and Distributor/s;
- Monitor and record the daily activity and productivity through the Daily Sales Activity Reports (DSAR), Customer Call Cards and Customer Collection Jackets to ensure the achievement of assigned sales budgets for the assigned Accounts and the Accounts of the Distributor Sales Person (DSP);
- Conduct regular field work with the DSPs and ensure that the Basic Call Procedure (BCP) is applied in the conduct of sales calls. Do actual field coaching and training to the DSPs;
- Train and develop the DSPs;
- Conduct regular performance review and direction settings with the Distributor/s to ensure achievement of assigned sales budget;
- Ensure that agreements with the distributor are implemented by the distributors;
- Identify sales areas for improvement, formulate strategies, plans and programs necessary to the Accounts and Distributor Accounts for approval by Sales, Marketing and the CFO/CEO;
- Ensure proper execution, monitoring and feedback on the sales, distribution, collections and merchandising strategies/programs versus the set objectives;
- Do back check, if necessary, to ensure proper implementation of programs;
- Ensure that all Trade Agreements and or Trade Supports are authorized by Quanta and with conformity with the assigned Accounts and Distributor/s;
- Coordinate with Credit & Collection, Accounting, Logistics and other departments that may provide needed help in managing the assigned accounts;
- Help manage the CAPEX and OPEX budgets in order to maximize the company’s resources.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course;
- Willing to handle Batangas, Quezon and Mindoro areas;
- At least 1 year FMCG sales experience is required;
- At least 1 year experience handling distributors;
- Institutional accounts management is an advantage;
- Business acumen;
- Negotiating and consulting skills;
- Sales data analysis
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
