Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • Partner with relevant stakeholders (vendors, business units, contract leads, and legal) to support the contracting process
  • Monitor, maintain, and keep track of the contract documents progress
  • Ensure Procurement SLAs around the Contracting process are complied with
  • Enter, monitor, and maintain accurate Contracting data and provide feedback on the development of contract centric metrics, analytics, and dashboards
  • Ad-hoc Contract Lookup on request by Procurement, legal, or Business stakeholders
  • All contract upload and meta-data entry & maintenance
  • Execution of all contract related extracts and Reporting by Procurement, legal, or business stakeholders
  • Contract and PR Review and Compliance Checks (BC CA) to ensure alignment & continuity between CW and PR and the actual contract
  • Contract Workspace (CW) Creations
  • Execution of all signature related processes including our e-signature process leveraging the EchoSign/Adobe sign Process/tool
  • Support all Contracting Emails/follow ups and staff the Contract.Helpdesk email alias answering contract related questions
  • PR final Approval (BC CG) after final contract signatures are complete, uploaded, saved, and fully QA’ed

Trình độ tối thiểu

Requirements:

  • Total Experience of 4 years, with at least 2 years’ experience in Procurement or related function
  • Fluent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English
  • Advanced Knowledge of MS Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Customer Centric focus and ability to interact with Director level stakeholders and legal teams
  • Exposure to contract lifecycle management
  • Ability to work independently within an organization
  • Demonstrated strength in effective systems/data management & entry
  • Basic Exposure to Document management tools and/or ERP applications.

Optional Requirements:

  • Basic Exposure to Procurement end to end Procurement processes
  • Basic Understanding of Indirect Spend Categories like MRO, IT & Telecom, Facilities, Purchased Services
  • Skilled in working with Ariba P2P/contracting or related tool (Coupa, SRM, Documenta, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Contract lifecycle management including contract structure, utilization, execution, storage, and reporting
