How can we help Viyahe?
Nowadays, businesses focus on getting their core products or services better and efficient. As part of the Viyahe Business Development team, it is our responsibility to grow our network and help expand our business. Our focus is to link different functions, may it be marketing, product development, engineering, or operations, into developing potential partnerships, client relations and new business opportunities.
Nature of Work
- Build cases for external partnerships that could help achieve sales targets
- Represent Viyahe in corporate and organisation events, conferences, and travel expos
- Participate in regular one-on-ones to keep the stakeholders informed of the
- performances and opportunities
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders (BDM, CEO, COO, CFO, department heads) to ensure organisation partnership is fully optimized
- Generate process flow and identify process improvement to identify the gaps and find efficient solutions
- Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors, partners, and clients
- Oversees the end-to-end process of deal, including strategy setting, sales and pitch presentations, proposal development, contract negotiations; as the account relationship owner, you will ensure that customer satisfaction is met, and Viyahe’s goals and values are considered
- Builds and manages a rolling pipeline as defined by leadership strategy with opportunities that will close during our fiscal year
- Works with the department head to to keep potential and existing partners informed of the new products, services, and operating changes that might potentially influence the partnership
- Ensures smooth hand off of new business to Marketing, Operations, and Product Development teams
- Deliver results and meet deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Reports to the Business Development Manager
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of a college or university course in Business Management or any equivalent course
- 2 - 3 years prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Proficient communication skills: oral and written business correspondence, presentation planning and delivery
- Sociable and able to interact with key decision-makers
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Experience in project management is a plus
- With a good knowledge of account management, preferably in airline and travel industry
