Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Leading and managing the Social Media and Talent Marketing teams; optimizing all digital assets and collaterals across all platforms
- Assisting digital and social media, public relations, and creative teams in selecting the appropriate media and schedule for their projects across different media platforms.
- Draft emails, press releases, infographics, and other communication assets in collaboration with the Public Relation Officer
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to promote brand messaging across all media channels
- Assist the Marketing Head in developing media strategies that empower marketing campaigns
- Suggest methods to enhance marketing communication to RR’s target markets through relevant market research, competitive analysis, etc.
- Create periodic reports to optimize audience messaging by analyzing user behavior trends, communications metrics, etc.
- Improving the brand's awareness using digital media channels such as Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Develop RR website’s content, structure, and design based on the company’s goals and target market
- Manage holistics aspects of online media, including webpages, blogs, e-commerce sites, and other online content with the proper call to action and SEO content
- Monitoring impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns.
- Remaining up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and design technology available.
- Track website statistics to determine which strategies are most effective in gaining new customers
- Keeping the online media library up-to-date.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferably minimum of 3-4 years of Relevant working experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgable and skilled in Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Intermediate Experience with web analytic tools such as Google Ads
- Familiarity with paid social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube
- Knowledgable in web design, SEO, UI/UX, and content management systems
- Strong acumen in Brand Deisgn, Strategy and Identity systems
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented, knows how to play hard but work harder
- Team player and Leader; takes total ownership and accountability
- Proficient in using all online channels, such as social media, email, and content marketing
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Self-starter and assertive attention to detail
- Background in using Microsoft office applications.
- Knowledge in using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom is an advantage.
- Basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget.
