Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Create, oversee, ensure proper implementation and evaluate processes and results of the Talent Recruitment Team
- Support creation, development and streamlining of Talent Recruitment process; this includes: specific criteria for platforms, templates, deliberation agenda and panel selection.
- Ensure continuous pipeline of talent applicants for various platforms via online announcements/ postings, social media groups and on-ground events.
- Create and implement targeted recruitment/ acquisition strategies
- Oversee smooth operations (from pre-actual-post) of on-ground recruitment initiatives. May include establishing and manning booths in conventions or live events.
- Create, implement and oversee strategies and process of New Talent “Incubation Period”. This includes facilitating contracts, conducting orientations, mid and final talent performance evaluations and interventions.
- Deliver continuous Recruitment cycle activities such as but not limited to: Mass Recruitment Events, Mini Recruitment Events (SH based), Team Meetings, Team Reports.
- Ensure that the Talent Recruitment team (Pipeline specialist, “New Talents- Trainees” hander) delivers on its KPIs.
- Lead and coach Recruitment team
- Implement disciplinary actions related to role (in coordination with HR)
- Pro-actively update the Head of Talent Recruitment activities, results, concerns and solutions.
- Perform Adhoc tasks related as Role
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience working with talent, online creators
- Excellent pitching abilities.
- Entertainment industry knowledge.
- Ability to network and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong marketing knowledge.
