Accounting Assistant  

Key Operational Responsibilities:

• Daily Sales journal of Store or branches;
• Compiling of sales reports per branch;
• Keeping of BIR Documents (returns);
• Keeping of corporate documents such as SEC, Permits, etc.;
• Performs accounting and clerical functions to support supervisor;
• Monitor left bills of employees and shareholders;
• Do the daily sales summary report as requested.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent;
• At least 1-year professional experience in related field is an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures;
• Knowledge of statutory accounting principles preferred;
• Ability to prepare accurate and complete accounting records within designated time frames;
• Extensive knowledge in the use of computerized financial accounting applications or personal computer applications (e.g. Excel, Word and Access);
• Effective analytical skills that detect problems and provide suggested resolutions
• Effective interpersonal communications skills (written, oral and listening) are necessary;
• Can work on different Operating System (Windows/Linux/Mac);
• Ability to meet scheduled deadlines with minimal supervision;
• Highly Trainable;
• Willing to work on extended hours;
• Team player, self-starter able to work with little supervision;
• Strong organizational and analytical skills;
• Can observe utmost confidentiality of records and information;
• Willing to work in Parañaque City.
