Account Executive | Steel  

Looking for applicants with PLEASANT PERSONALITIES. Candidate will be asked to do the following:

• Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with new and existing customers
• Growing target markets/ sales channels:
• Online (Google, etc)
• Cold calling at least 100 clients weekly
• Visiting client at their office
• Event participation
• Entertaining customers for product presentations at the office
• Other traditional/ non-traditional methods
• Brand development – ensuring the brand is consistently marketed with the right perception
• Awareness of competition via:
• Market research
• Continuous monitoring of competitors activities and pricing
• Word of mouth
• Integrating a sales strategy aligned with the company objectives and corporate quotas/ goals
• Awareness of logistical plan for delivering actual products
• Willing to work on NON-COMMISSION based assingments
• Willingness to participate in company events
• Reports directly to Operations Manager
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the field of Sales
• Must be comfortable writing and speaking in English and Tagalog
• Pleasant personality is important
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
