Content Analyst  

• Presenting research, assess and analyze training needs through surveys, interviews with employees/students, or consultation with clients/managers
• Create design concepts and learning objectives of the instructional material to meet the digital learning requirements in support of organizational initiatives
• Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to shape the course content
• Working with scriptwriters to develop digital learning activities and assessments
• Ability to analyse storyboards and make suggestions on improvement of content
• Lead project meetings, production cycles, prioritize, resolve conflicts, and manage project tasks to be delivered within deadlines
• Maintain project documentation and course folders
• Works well independently and as a member of a team
