Senior UX Researcher  

• Help the entire team to define research directions and prioritization based on impact to users and impact to business units
• Translating business goals into strategic research plan
• Inform product strategy and decision with various stakeholders, using qualitative and quantitative insights
• Conducting design research projects to understand underserved needs and latent needs of users / potential users
• Lead the synthesis process using combination of different data points based on project context (qualitative, quantitative, primary, secondary)
• Facilitate Design, Product, Business, and Tech team in the process of using insights to explore concepts and help make design decisions
• Ensure dissemination of user insights to inform product strategy and design decisions across organisation
• Help empower junior researchers on the team to sharpen their skills and knowledge

• Has good understanding of Human Centred Design
• Has proven ability to plan and conduct exploratory, generative, and evaluative research
• Has minimum 2 years of experience in design research
• Has minimum 4 years of total work experience
• Has design research portfolio
• Has good systems thinking skill
• Has good communication and storytelling skill to influence high level stakeholders
• Have deep curiosity in uncovering insights from variety of people with different backgrounds and demographics.
• Has a degree minimum in Bachelor Degree. Design & Research related degree is preferred, but any background welcome to apply.
