- Ensure profitability of the company; It is the responsibility of the employee to collect financial obligations from his/her clients. Unsettled dues will automatically be shouldered by the employee
- Handle booking of domestic and international tickets
- Make arrangements for transportation, hotel accommodations, car rentals, tours, and recreation for company’s clients
- Establish betterment of new or existing clients
- Quote package tours for group bookings
- Advice clients on travel arrangements
- Ensure payment of clients on travel bookings and arrangements
- Consult published and computer-based sources for information on departure and arrival times, fares, and hotel ratings and accommodations
- Help clients with travel documents such as Visa, Passports, etc.;
- Respond and follow up on client inquiries through phone or internet, and meet their travel requirements
- Help fellow consultants with booking in-house clients
- Process payments for company collection
- Respond to complaints, feedbacks, and refunds
- Performs sales call to look for possible market and expand clientele
- Send proposal thru emails and calls
- Submit a report after a scheduled sales blitz
- Take familiarization tours to evaluate destinations
- Take additional training to enhance knowledge and competitiveness
- Abide by the terms of this contract and rules stated on company’s guidebook
- Other duties may be assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor degree in Tourism Management
- Knowledgeable in Global Distribution System (Amadeus and Abacus)
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
