Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Liaise with other departments to process daily transactions and bookings on accounting system
- Keep track of documents and invoices
- Prepare and execute month end closing activities, including reconciliations
- Be in charge of monthly financial reports in accordance with local standards and IFRS.
- Handle a large spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, JE etc
- Perform tax calculation and reporting according to local legislation
- Develop and maintain internal controls and effective accounting system and policies for the set up
- Perform forecast of company cash flow and PL, closely monitor company cash flow
- Develop and update Financial model for the business reflecting changes in operations and actual business environment
- Perform adhoc analysis as per requirement relating to every aspects of the business
- Other tasks as assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Fluency in English (at least Upper Intermediate Level)
- Higher education in accounting
- At least 3 year experience in the finance field as an accountant, finance controller or with similar duties
- Chief Accountant Certificate would be considered as an advantage
- Experience in the financial / short-term lending sector would be considered as an advantage
- Proficiency using Excel, and experience with accounting systems
- Proficient planning & time management skills
- Ability to learn quickly
