Job Summary

Responsible for managing an IT Store Support team within a designated area, ensuring the timely resolution of system and application concerns in alignment with established service level agreements and for managing the effective implementation of IT projects within the organization.

Job Description

• Plans and allocates resources for IT projects and store activities like inventory counting and offsite selling, ensuring the timely fulfillment of tasks and deliverables.
• Monitors the service delivery performance of team members, ensuring that issues and concerns are systematically addressed in alignment with defined service level agreements.
• Manages the continuous process of evaluating store IT assets, minimizing equipment breakdowns and operational disruptions to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
• Continuously evaluates and refines IT support processes, procedures, and workflows, aiming for optimal efficiency, reduced downtime, and swift incident resolution.
• Prepares regular performance and project reports, highlighting service delivery achievements, challenges, and progress updates.
• Supports store in GMA 1 (Quezon City, San Juan, Pasig, Manila, North and South Caloocan, Valenzuela, Malabon, Navotas, Marilao, Meycauayan City, San Jose Del Monte City
• Supports store in GMA 1 (Taguig City, Makati, Pateros, Pasay, Paranaque, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Marikina, Antipolo, Rizal)

• Possesses a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other related discipline.
• With at least 3 years of experience in managing IT support and helpdesk teams.
• Has solid technical understanding of IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and other related technologies, preferably those used in the retail industry.
• Willing to do field work in different stores across the country.
