Digital Sales Manager  

1. The Digital Sales Manager shall be leading a team of digital sales specialists that will market & sell Robinsons Land's pre-selling and ready-for-occupancy projects thru online channels.

2. The candidate will be responsible in recruiting, training, and nurturing his sales team in order to achieve the overall sales target of his unit.

3. Responsible for planning and executing tactical digital initiatives that will help generate quality online leads.

4. Must be able to provide leadership & mentoring for his team especially in digital marketing & salesmanship, and is able to constantly motivate them to ensure high performance from his team.

We are looking for talented & highly-motivated sales leaders to join Robinsons Land's Digital Sales team :

• The Digital Sales Manager must have a solid sales track record from a leading real estate company.
• The candidate must atleast have 3-5 years experience as a sales manager.
• The candidate must have a strong background in real estate online marketing and is updated with all online platforms and knows how to optimize these as a tool for selling.
• Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be results-driven and thrive under pressure-driven environment.
