Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • Work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes.
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be knowledgeable in End to End Recruitment process
  • Must have above average to excellent English communication skill
  • Must have exposure in BPO set-up
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City and in Quezon City
