Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Weekly review of sales forecast and demand requirement, confirmation on quotes and orders to support to the requirement
- Update supply plan requirements with Management team based on forecast and demand, maintain service levels and global inventory
- Review and report weekly shipment adherence figures, understanding root cause of any delays, ensuring delivery timelines are maintained
- Report weekly shipments and supply risks, reaching out to sales teams for confirmation of forecast and demand, if necessary
- Create Purchase Order and issue to the factories and ensure these are completed on time. Work with the Quality Control team for any quality concerns..
- NetSuite creation and maintenance of new parts, ensuring details are always accurate and current
- Implement and manage several projects to completion as the need arises
- The key role will be planning, strong follow up with all areas of manufacturing, logistics and fulfillment to ensure smooth supply chain operations from PO placement until delivery to customer, to meet the team’s KPIs
- And other Supply Chain tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): purchasing, forecasting, analytics, critical thinking, active learning
- Proficient in MS Excel including pivot tables, lockups, macros and knowledge of MS Office, MS Access, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively –active listening and speaking, and project a professional image
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tiendesitas, Pasig City
