- Responsible for making outbound cold calls daily to qualify leads for the Account Executives.
- Responsible to set up appointments with decision maker per month with qualified leads.
- Manage all aspects of the front end of the sales cycle.
- Engage with Directors and C-level officers to develop long term business relationships.
- Qualify leads by asking critical questions and analyzing situations to find sales opportunities
- Document all customer interactions and update opportunities using Netsuite (CRM)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Highschool graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication, written and oral, and customer service skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years BPO experience
- Minimum of 1 year Post Sales Customer Service; last campaign should not be a B2C cold calling except if scope is with Account Management or Win-back or Retention experience
- Not less than 1 year tenure in the last company
- B2B consultative sales and account management background is definitely a plus
- Proficient in using MS Office such as Excel, PPT and Word
- Ability to sell and negotiate
- A fast learner and can work under minimal supervision
