Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Responsibilities:
- Tabulate and checking of accounts receivables vs accounts payables.
- Preparation of payroll & reimbursement.
- Monthly filing of SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig.
- Follow up for pending collectibles from customers.
- Assist other accounting assistants if required.
Trình độ tối thiểu
Accounting Assistant / Book Keeper
- Must possess Bachelor’s / College Degree / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in either of the following: BS Accountancy, Finance and or accounts related field.
- Knowledge in Basic Bookkeeping
- Knowledge in Accounts tabulation and checking.
- Skills:
- MS Office
- Ledgers
- Proficient with Numbers and Calculations.
- With at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Can work under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
