- Performs overall supervision to develop/enhance the skills of the General Accounting Team and Treasury personnel through appropriate supervision
- Performs Human Resource (HR) objectives by participating in the staff recruitment, selection, orientation, training, assigning, and scheduling of work assignments
- Participates in the annual management strategic planning.
- Responsible for the monitoring of tax returns and corporate tax reporting requirements such as Income Tax
- Reviews monthly journal entries for the monthly income tax provision and perform quarterly reviews to ascertain the reasonableness of annual tax provisions thereof
- Ensures on-time securing of annual business permits and clearances from local municipalities and processing of remittances
- Responsible for financial reporting compliance and consolidation about the financial position of the business and results of operations
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 8 years of experience in General Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, and Statutory Reporting
- Experience in Operational Audit procedures
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, practices, and standards (GAAP)
- Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and applications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
