Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- The Collection & Receivable Management Staff is primarily responsible for daily activities of Collection follow-ups thru phone calls or e-mails, collection schedule, preparation of SOA (w/ penalty schedule), sending of Collection Letter, Hold Notice & Demand Letter
- Responsible for the implementation of effective collection policies and procedures.
- Responsible for performing Payment Application (DCR), EWT Application (BIR Form 2307), preparation of Adjustment Request Form (ARF) for Unidentified Credit (UCR), Perform Accounts Reconciliation and Collection Forecasting.
- Preparation & Submission of Reports with Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness
- Responsible for hitting Collection Target on the handled accounts.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy (Preferably), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in the field of Accounting, Collections, Account Receivables or equivalent.
- With knowledge in Accounting System/Software
- Analytical and Very Keen into Details
