Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a corporate/brand social media strategy
- Monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas
- Encourage greater social media participation
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking
Key Competencies:
- Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including GMB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
- Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics
- Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Min Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Experience as a social media specialist or similar position
- Have experience in e-Commerce industry is preferred
- Fluency in English is a must
