Accounts Receivable Coordinator  

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible in handling Australian Accounts receivable and other finance tasks. He/She will work closely with the Accounting Team with the various Australia and Philippine transactions.

Accounts Receivable:

• Email, Outbound/Inbound Calling
• Collaboration Skills both Written & Verbal
• Work on assigned accounts – past due invoices follow up & collections (closely monitoring of dues while maintaining strong and mutual relationship with clients).
• Payment processing – coordinating with cash applications, credit card payments
• Confident in a voice/email function which requires handling calls/emails from clients/customers
• Processing supplier invoices related to client invoices
• Processing of invoices for clients with agreements
• Subscription management in subscription platform
• Responding to client queries related to invoices issued and subscription
• Follow up and collate the documents needed for reconciliation such as Invoice, PO, Contract.
• Hardware inventory and EOM Reports
• Ordering hardware and closing POs
• Client oboarding and project setup
• Automatic debit enrollment to new clients for faster collection process
• Client information management in CRM

• Excellent command of the English Language (80% of work will be talking to Australians through phone and email).
