What you’ll do:
Tutor Lesson Management
- Reminds and checks tutors' attendance to booked lessons
- Checks "No Call" notifications from students
Tutor Inquiry Management
- Provides all necessary support and resolves all tutors' inquiries according to SLA (service level agreement)
- Escalates transactions that need a higher tier of decision-making and/or processing
- Ensures proper documentation of all transactions handled
- Resolves all lesson disruptive issues when necessary to ensure lessons will proceed accordingly
Workshift:
Non-standard shift hours that will include weekends and holidays

What we’d like you to have:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- No required related working experience
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Not required but very useful:
- Experience in Customer Service/BPO industry
- Knowledgeable in using Skype
Work Schedule:
- Sunday to Thursday, 3PM - 12MN
- Amenable to work weekends and holidays
Please be advised that this is a Full-Time Office-Based position. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online. Currently, work from home arrangements is available to select positions. However, employees may still be asked to report to the office by their supervisors.
