What you'll do:
- Timekeeping and compensation-related processes
- Administration of government-mandated and company-initiated benefits
- Maintenance and safekeeping of employee records
- Organizing employee engagement programs/events
- Ensuring company & employees' compliance with company policies and labor law standards
- Manages employee exit procedure
Trình độ tối thiểu
What you need to have:
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate in any 4-year course.
- Excellent command in English language (oral and written)
- With at least 3 years of Timekeeping and Compensation Management, and other related working experience
- Knowledge in Government-mandated statutory benefits and claim policies, and Labor Law practices
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
Not required but very useful:
- Psychology/Social Sciences/Human Resources related courses
- Knowledge in HRIS (HR Information System) and Taxation
- Data Management and Analysis
- Business Writing skills
- Events Facilitation
