What you'll do:
- Gathers information related to projects and initiatives for information release to tutors
- Creates plans, drafts, and checks written contents of information releases
- Documents and keeps an inventory of all information releases to tutors
- Ensures compliance of all releases to the Service Agreement and Data Privacy Act
- Shares contents of all information releases to stakeholders and employees
Trình độ tối thiểu
What you need to have:
- A graduate of Business Management, Communications, Journalism or related
- With at least 1-year related working experience in Communications Management
- Knowledge on Data Privacy Act is a must
- Knowledge on Information Management, Project Management, Business Writing and Researching
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent command in English language both written and oral
Not required but very useful:
- Project Management skills
- Knowledge in Data Privacy Act
- Knowledge in Business Writing
- Knowledge in Project Management
Please be advised that this is a Full-Time Office-Based position. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online; passing applicants will begin after the enhanced community quarantine has been lifted.
