- Act as the point of contact for clients
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings
- Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients
- Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
- Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospect customers
- Assist with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints and ensure that they are dealt with to the customers' satisfaction
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
- Make a major contribution to the ongoing planning and development of the company's sales and business development strategies
- Liaise with current customers in the company's target markets on a regular basis to ensure that they continue to be satisfied with the company's products
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Proven work experience as hotel account executive
- Excellent negotiation, customer service, and consulting skills
- Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions
- Hands on experience with customer service
- An ability to gasp client’s needs and to increase customer engagement
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
- Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage

RAMESH TRADING was founded in 1948 as a General Merchandise Store and as the years went by became an importer, distributor, and wholesaler of general merchandise.
