Sales Associate  

Prospecting and meeting potential clients and transitioning them to paying customers through your mad writing, presentation and persuasion skills. You are to acquire new customers, collect their requirements and make sure they are implemented by the operations team based on how it is idealised; Engage, retain, and increase lifetime values of old customers, and deliver reports to the clients as we provide them with the successful campaigns they deserve.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting | Find leads and potential clients, schedule presentations and successfully introduce our products.
• Sales | Follow a sales quota by reaching inventory sales targets.
• Process | Create a sales process flow that will successfully incorporate the lifecycle of a new client.
• Relations | Acquire client requirements and relay them to the operations team for fulfilment. Manage and address client concerns.
• Aftersales | Create aftersales and post-mortem reports for each account handled.
• Promotions | Create flexible promotions to diversify the company’s offerings.

• Should have knowledge in media sales
• Degree, or proven ability in sales. Preferably products from the tech and/advertising sector.
• History of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
• Knowledge, experience, or passion and interest in paid media.
• Some understanding of how advertising works in different media platforms.
• Fluent to a native command of Filipino and English Language.
• Data-driven, analytic, and critical.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Native proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google productivity tools. (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
• Emphatic and relatable. Knows how to work with business leaders and clients.
