- Preparations of Bid documents, tenders, and other bid related documentation
- File maintenance of Bid Tender, Projects Documents, Demo Units Documentations & Others
- Monitors Portals of PhilGeps, Oracle, HP, Dell, Symantec, Microsoft, VMWare and other endorsed Portals of Principals and Business Partners for any possible opportunity or concern
- Responsible for keeping allocated Petty Cash & Project Funds for the Group’s projects
- Responsible for requesting Cash Advances for an acquisition of Bid Documents and other sales-related purchases.
- Responsible for monitoring external project consultants in terms of attendance and compensation
