Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Sales Order Processing
- Ensures that all SOs are emailed, faxed and electronic PO retrieval for the day are processed within the day.
- Ensures correctness of the sales discounts, sales prices, delivery location and delivery schedule of the SOs.
- Calls on the Sales Specialist/Distributors Specialist for SOs with problems to ensure delivery.
- Coordinates with Credit & Collection and Accounting Depts. on the approval of the processed SOs.
- Coordinates with Logistics on the delivery of the SOs
- Coordinates and do call-outs to the direct office accounts for orders with problems to ensure delivery and or collection.
Product Awareness
- Reviews the updated pricelist and memos by Marketing Department.
- Explain the different products and its features to Trade Customers, and/ or potential customers.
- Keeps self updated with new projects of Sales & Marketing.
Other Job-Related Tasks
- Ensures Integrity, Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness (I-ACT) in the submission of reports.
- Performs other job-related duties and functions that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or other related course.
- Proficient in reports creation tools, spreadsheet and word-processing applications (MSWord, Excel); knowledgeable in creating presentations (PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in data analysis.
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Strong interpersonal skills, experience in customer service an advantage.
- Team player, high regard for ethics and integrity.
