Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Execute digital marketing campaign including SEM, Display, Social Media ads, and other ads platform
- Execute email marketing
- Support team working on creating a new marketing strategy and execution of digital marketing communications and campaigns
- Research and analyze the insurance industry/competitor
- Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website and perfromance marketing optimization (Performance metrics)
- Monitor, evaluate and report digital and social media channel performance
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong understanding and fluency in paid and organic media channels (Display, SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.), and current on new tools and methods to build a program at scale
- Ability to synthesize data, make data driven decisions and balance that with the art of strategy
- Experience in Product Management and Product Strategy is a major plus for candidates
- Experience in optimizing acquisitions and engagements in multiple business units
- Strong critical thinking and stakeholder management background
- Full understanding of advertisement platforms (Google, Facebook, etc)
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Creative mindset supporting ads materials
- Knowledge of content management system
