- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Preferably has bank networks or confident on dealing/bridging network with Banks

- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Experience with design and implementation of business development stretegy
- Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
