Job Summary

Promotes healthy and wellness to employees. Assists in the implementation of occupational safety programs within the company. Assists HR timekeeping and Payroll in encoding and processing PC Forms.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assists in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs in the organization.

2. Ensures compliance of employees to PPE Policies and Programs.

3. Administers first aid treatment and take blood pressure of employees.

4. Conduct inventory of medicines and other medical supplies monthly.

5. Secure and ensure employees “fit to work” certificate.

6. Interprets and evaluates diagnostics based on the verification of medical certificate.

7. Conducts physical examination for those employees with findings in APE result.

8. Provide health teaching using paper advertisement.

9. Assists doctors every duty, if needed.

10. Assists HR timekeeping and payroll in encoding and processing PC forms.

11. Ensures compliance and submission of related documentation to dole such as annual exposure data report, accident/ illness report, annual medical report, work accidents, and other related reports.

12. Conducts wellness orientations and programs.

13. Assists in all HR activities, programs and/ or events.

14. Performs other tasks as maybe assigned.

Qualifications/ Education

- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any Medical related course

- Minimum zero (0) to one (1) year of working experience relevant to the position

- First Aid Training background

- Computer Literate

- Clinical Skills

- Nursing Skills

- Physiological Knowledge

- Administering Medication Medical

- Health Promotion and Maintenance
