Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Mengaktivasi cabang Trutrade Arkana Nusantara
- Merekrut karyawan yang tediri dari Admin dan Finance
- Merekrut tim mitra yang terdiri dari Supervisor, Demo Booker, Beauty Advisor, dan Collection
- Mengadakan training secara regular kepada Beauty Advisor
- Mengawasi dan memonitor seluruh kegiatan di cabang (sales, collection, finance, dan HR)
- Merencanakan program sales setiap bulannya
- Menganalisa dashboard penjualan setiap bulan
- Melaporkan hasil analisa penjualan setiap bulan kepada para pemangku kepentingan
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Lulus S1
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang sales
- Berorientasi pada target penjualan
- Memiliki kemampuan analitis, problem solver, negosiasi, dan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpian, tekun, dan dapat bekerjasama dengan tim
- Bersedia di tempatkan di daerah cabang Trutrade Arkana Nusantara

Trucare Novatech Indonesia is a new beauty startup company grounded by the idea that Indonesian women in the middle-low class are lack of knowledge about skin health. Yet, they get less attention from the beauty industry. Thus, we are willing to step in and to dedicate our passion for community development within the realm of this industry to help Indonesian women getting know better about their skin and the significance of skincare. We set goals to activate 22 branches in Java in 2022. These ambitious goals are motivated by the desire of Trucare to be the reference of the beauty company, which emphasizes the value of education and empowerment. Our first brand, 'Everose', has been launched at the end of 2019.
