Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible to fulfill manpower request in internal company needs
- Develops and implements various recruitment strategies to attract most qualified candidates possible
- Ensure both speed and quality of hires in recruitment process
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process
- Handling negotiation process
- Ensure all documentation for the new hired is completed
- Conduct candidate's interview and background check
- Source and attract candidates from Online Job Portal or offline initiatively
- Coordinating with user or HRBP in identifying the right candidate
- Guide candidates during recruitment until onboarding process
- Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Min. Bachelor's Degree from Psychology or equivalent
- Min. 2 years experience as a recruiter
- Preferably familiar with psychological assessment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment juggling between multiple priorities
- Work with other divisions to identify recruitment needs
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Required skill(s): general administrative skill, communication skill, interview skill
- Experienced in end-to-end recruitment process
- Preferably experienced in IT/E-commerce/Fin Tech company
