Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
You're responsible for overseeing the workflow of the team work and relations with the clients and stakeholder of the company. You are going to monitor the team productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching the member of team. You also be the lead point of contact and technical support of the clients. You need to have a strong understanding of industry trends and interpersonal communication skill with Indonesian and foreign people. Experience with web development process, including design, development, and deployment is essential. This position requires a combination of leadership, project management, communication, negotiation, and programming.

- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Good presentation skills
- Proven communication in English and preferably speak in German
- Reliability, honesty and diligence (attitude!)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- WordPress basics (installation, maintenance, backup, migration, etc.)
- Expertise in WooCommerce (plus point if you have skills in Magento and other webshop systems)
- Customization (CSS, etc.) and configuration
- FTP knowledge and other remote activities
- Design adjustment
- Big plus point if you have skills in plugin development
- Ability to build website from 0 to 100
- Good eye for design, details and aesthetic
- Basics for SEO
- Good internet affinity
- Google is your best friend!
