Finance Manager  

Financial Strategy:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with our growth objectives. Analyse market trends, pricing, and cost structures to drive profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Prepare annual budgets, track performance, and provide variance analysis. Forecast cash flow requirements and manage working capital effectively. Monitor capital expenditures and evaluate ROI on new projects.

Financial Reporting:

Generate accurate financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow. Present financial performance to management and the board.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Risk Management:

Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor credit exposure, liquidity, and foreign exchange risks. Safeguard our financial stability in a volatile market.

• Degree in Economic, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Fundamental knowledge in Accounting and Double Bookkeeping (P&L and BS)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industries. Proficiency in financial modelling, ERP systems, and Excel.
• Proficiency in English language
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
