Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Carry out laboratory activities in accordance with GLP, including sample receiving, sample labeling, and reporting of the analysis result in the laboratory.
- Ensure that customer data is valid, preparing the analysis results based on data that has been validated by Lab Analysts, and publishing the analysis report to the customer according to the schedule set.
- Prepare the purchase request related to consumables material, reagent, also repair, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment, as well as following up on the progress of this process until the activities are completed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the workplace.
- Input the use of reagents and consumables during daily activities, reporting to superiors for any problems that occur related to inventory.
- Ensure stock of materials are always available, no expired materials/reagents, and immediately informs laboratory admin and reports to direct superior for any problems that arise.
- Inspect and recheck the stock of materials/reagents/consumables periodically.
- Create and update the WI, WO, FORM, and others related to the document management system, especially in the scope of Operations.
- Perform the physical stock (stock opname) material inventory together with inventory staff according to the schedule set.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Passionate in preserving Indonesia biodiversity through sustainable innovations.
- Diploma/Bachelor of administration or any major.
- Experience in laboratory administration with at least 1 year(s) of experience.
- Have good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office and laboratory systems.
- Able to work with a team.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough & nimble, finished report within time scheduled.
- Willing to be placed in Banyuwangi site
