- Architecting, designing, and implementing improvements for Unified Communications experiences (evaluating new hardware and features).
- Create/update the technical documentation about the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Office 365 and all application's services.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues for Office 365.
- Collaborate with internal or external resources, providing technical expertise for Unified Communications platforms.
- Manages data collection, reporting, and trending for critical devices and components.
Trình độ tối thiểu

Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineer / System Engineer / Computer Engineer, GPA min 3.00

Have min 3 years experience to handle Microsoft 365 Unified Communication.

Demonstrated success design, configure, and support Microsoft 365 Unified Communication infrastructure.

Good knowledge of IP networks, VoIP protocols (SIP).

Good communication & leadership skill

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100, MS-101)
