- Develop partnership ecosystem to complement business products/offerings and better address needs of customers; Grow B2B sales and support development of corporate product offerings
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with corporate customers and partners
- Negotiate agreeable partnership/sales terms with corporates
- Develop effective understanding of corporate customer needs, and how we may better support them
- Instill operational processes within corporate partners to expand value prop. to customers
- Manage and grow B2B sales to increase revenue and profitability
- Work with Product and Tech teams to ensure corporate products/services aligned with needs
Trình độ tối thiểu

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant fields

5+ years experience managing sales, operations, and/or development of corporate partnerships

Ability to develop strong working relationships with partner counter-parts

Experience developing and implementing efficient operational processes (ideally in healthcare setting)

Led sales teams to grow B2B revenue streams and corporate client portfolio

Effective communicator, empathizer, and strong interpersonal skills (e.g. pitching, negotiating, etc.)

Fluency in English and Bahasa (both verbal
and written)
