Our highly collaborative product & engineering teams will be the perfect place for you to collaborate and learn the ropes together in building the ultimate experience for and serving millions of Indonesia’s unbanked population.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and maintain fraud prevention and ops effectiveness measurement metrics
- Identifying any bugs in the product that result in issues for the customer and reduce the speed effectiveness of ops
- Providing support to the Risk and Compliance Manager regarding liaison with the relevant departments to ensure that fraud team’s objectives are being met and fraud risk areas are taken into account with different projects and products
- Ensuring a high level of (fraud) product knowledge within fraud team by performing regular quality assurance and/or consecutive training to team members
- Handling and monitoring operational processes, ensuring effective workload and implement new processes to address problematic areas
- Any improvements that could be made to the product itself – its features or functionality – to bring it more in line with quality and value
- Participate directly in the fraud product design process, to identify gaps between ops expectations and product functionality as early as possible
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Relevant exposure to fraud area in Financial Technology is preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking
- Collaborative team-oriented personality
- Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and pressurized environment
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude who can anticipate the needs of stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and manage time well
- Strong aptitude to learning new skills
- Strong oral/written communication, research, and critical thinking skills
