- Leads the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of IT architecture & applications
- Manages all activities of the software development team and sets goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery
- Keeps up to date with the latest development software
- Ensures proper documentation
- Hires and trains new developers
- Provides guidance to the team and ensures they adhere to development standards
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Proven experience in leading development teams, also developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions
- Extensive project management skills (SCRUM, Waterfall, Agile, etc) would be a great addition
- Able to review vendors without getting hands-on with their code
- Good understanding of machine learning & data engineering
- An executive liaison who's a good mentor & coach
- Possesses excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Able to resolve conflict and excellent in reporting
