Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manages GA Operation, Building Management & Facility Maintenance (i.e. energy monitoring, waste management)
- Manages project re-layout / renovation Office Building & Office Stockyard
- Manages office supply & procurement building
- Manages security operation building and stockyard
- Manages GA Asset (i.e. document control: stock opname & disposal)
- Manages EHS office & building (i.e. fulfillment updated governance registration)
- Manages health protocol of Covid-19 (i.e. disinfectant, divider)
- Monitors BPH & other related GA budget
- Manages vendors
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Has 2-3 years of working experience in related field
- Masters knowledge in Environmental Health and Safety, building management, Vendor & Asset Management, and administration processes in GA
- Has great interpersonal skill set to collaborate with other team members, such as Teamwork, Organizational and Communication skill (verbal and written)
- Good in Relationship Building and Maintenance
- Detail-oriented, administrative, and organized person is preferable
