Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Provide assistance and advice on accurate information in all aspect both educational and non-educational, includes : the institutions, the course, the destination, study and social life, transportation, accomodation, etc.
- Involved in promotions, campaign and special event activities such as company’s exhibition or school expo.
- Achieve student recruitment target.
- Follow Up the Data min 50 calls per day
- Responsible for sales statistics
- Monitor the client before register until they finished the program
- Monitor student progress and their good study habits
- Resolve problems that may arise and ensure these are aimed at student satisfaction
- Submitting administrative tasks and reports
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Male, age between 20 – 30 years old
- Look attractive and have a professional attitude
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable local university in any field.
- Having experience min 3 years in Sales Area , especially in Education Industry
- Capable of working under pressure with an objective to achieve the given target
- A good command in English both verbal and written is a must
- Computer (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) and Internet literate
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
- Have a strong customer service communication skill and Constumer Centric
- Enthusiastic to be able to achieve sales targets and provide post-sales consulting services
- Able to communicate well and be skilled at making presentations in front of a lot people
- Can quickly gain the trust of clients
- Have confidence with professional appearance and good telephone skills
- Have a strong mind set and Hard working.
- Reliable, disciplined and organized, accustomed to managing time well
- Aktive, Positive, and energetic
- Willing to work with the shift system and work on weekends
- Placement: Virtu Education – Branch Office (Surabaya)
